These terms cover the NeuroReps iOS app, the NeuroReps web demo, and this website. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

What NeuroReps is

NeuroReps is a collection of games designed to be challenging and fun. It is entertainment, not medicine: we make no claims that playing improves memory, intelligence, or any cognitive ability in everyday life, and the app is not a medical device and does not provide health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to play NeuroReps for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to interact with the games or, in the web demo, to manipulate leaderboards.

The unlock purchase

The iOS app is free, with a daily workout playable every day at no cost. A single one-time purchase unlocks all games and practice mode. The purchase is billed by Apple to your Apple ID, is not a subscription, and never renews. It is tied to your Apple ID: reinstalling or moving to a new iPhone restores it via "Restore Purchases" at no charge. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.

Web demo accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Pick a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else — we may reset names or remove leaderboard entries that abuse the service, and may suspend accounts that attack or disrupt it.

No warranty

NeuroReps is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, the web demo, or this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this address with its effective date. Continuing to use NeuroReps after a change means you accept the new terms.
